Wear sunscreen -  Apply a broad - spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher to protect your skin from harmful UV rays. 2. Wear protective clothing -  Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing that covers your skin, such as long sleeves, pants and a wide-brimmed hat. 3. Healthy breakfast -  Fuel your body with a nutritions breakfast to provide energy and promote overall well-being. Exercise -  Engage in physical activity such as yoga, jogging or even a brisk walk to release endorphins and reduce stress. Mindfull Breathing -  Throughout the day, take breaks to practice deep breathing exercises to alleviate tention and promote relaxation.
